Although our designs are great, our installations are perhaps what separates us most from our competition. We do not rush our vehicle wrap installations. After spending the money on the best 3M wrap vinyl and taking the time to print on the highest resolution, an installation is the step that takes the most care and finess. Our installs are bubble free and our cuts are done with the precision of a surgeon.
First is the Design. Whether for a business or a customized toy, we can help you design a personalized look for your vehicle. As long as you can deal with some jealous friends or competitors you will be fine. Our talented designers use your advice and ideas to help shape the graphic layout to fit not only your company but also the personality of your vehicle. With photos of your vehicle and Photoshop we design your vehicle wrap on the computer so you can see what the finished product will look like once it is installed on your vehicle. We also have the ability to match your company colors to maintain your branded identity. Once we nail down a design for your vehicle wrap it is time to move on to the production of your graphics.
Our vehicle wraps are printed on a high resolution Roland printer on the highest quality 3M wrap vinyl on the market. Using the industries top rated 3M wrap vinyl ensures a dependable long lasting wrap and a great vinyl to print on.
Our printing is done in house on a Roland large format printer featuring Roland's new Intelligent Pass Control. This eliminates print lines or "banding lines" that are typically still seen on most printed wraps. Our printer uses Eco Solvent inks that produce beautiful vivid colors that last for up to 6 years outdoors without fading. All of our wraps are also printed at our printers highest resolution (720dpi).
Finally, after the wrap is printed, a clear protective lamination film is permanently installed over the printed vinyl. The lamination can be in a gloss or matte finish and protects against harmful liquids and minor surface scratches. The gloss finish is just as shinny as the paint job on a new car. Once the wrap is printed and laminated it is ready for installation.
A good wrap is only as good as the preparation of the vehicle. A properly prepped vehicle will make certain your wrap will last with integrity for its expected lifetime. When we prep a vehicle we usually remove all lights, mirrors, handles and emblems. Some vehicles are easily done without removal of door handles. Once all the parts that are coming off are removed it is time to clean the vehicle. The final task in ensuring a clean vehicle surface is to clean with thoroughly with alcohol. As soon as the vehicle is literally the cleanest your car will ever be we add wrap primer glue to the areas that we need to promote adhesion. For example wheel wells and concave areas. Now we are ready to install the wrap.
